We were originally approached by the RSPCA about the new cattery in 2019. Since then the project has been hit with a few changes and delays (Covid and cost of living squeeze) but in 2022 the project was finally given the ‘green light’.
Having worked with RSPCA on numerous occasions in the past, it was a pleasure to be given the opportunity of working with them again. After a formal tender process we were awarded the contract to provide the internal pens for the new cattery.
We provided 20 pens for the new centre. We were able to help throughout the design phase, by providing detailed plans, 3D walk-through’s and video calls. We also consulted on ways to improve the original ‘design intent’ to ensure the new pens were of the highest standards and met current welfare regulations.
We worked closely with the architect (Snug) and client to provide a unique, bespoke design to RSPCA’s exact requirements.
