Anne and Jimmy contacted us to help them setup a luxury, exclusive cattery on land that they owned within a National Park. The final building provided comprises of 8 Five Star Double and x 2 Five Star Family Pens, which will allow Anne to achieve the maximum star rating of 5 stars.

About Rowan Tree Cattery

Anne and Jimmy contacted us to help them setup a luxury, exclusive cattery on land that they owned within a National Park.

The project took a couple of years to get off the ground due to complex issues associated with the National Parks area, the fact that Anne and Jimmy would be living off-site away from their main home and of course Covid-19 related issues.

Towards the end of 2020 Anne and Jimmy started the foundations for the building and in April 2021 had 10 ‘Five Star’ Pedigree Pens built…2 rooms that can house 3 / 4 cats and 8 rooms that can house 1 / 2 cats.

The cattery is set within a beautiful area of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and offers some of the finest cat accommodation available anywhere in the UK.

The cattery is on a small farm which is very peaceful and as such, they have very contented, happy cats.

The quality of the build is exceptional, the finish is excellent and the guys that built the pens were tidy, well mannered, and nothing seemed to much bother (despite my endless questions !)
