We were approached by Greg to help him with an ambitious project to start a large scale cattery in Wales.

We helped Greg from initial idea through to completion. The building was provided to meet his exacting requirements and we also offered assistance and advice with planning, licensing and marketing.

The project was the culmination of an intensive year of planning and was unique in that we were able to help Greg secure planning permission for an off-site cattery. The cattery was built on land 100 metres opposite Greg’s house.

The cattery building features 20 Pens, 2 separate Isolation Pens, 2 Rooms, our full golden oak woodgrain finish and our unique fully insulated solid roof.
