The Cat Hotel Kibworth Story

Pedigree Pens have provided a facility of 12 Double Walk-in Style Pens and a Kitchen for Lorna King, owner of The Cat Hotel, Kibworth.

The cat hotel was borne in 2016 and has been a year in the planning and development.

Whilst working as a nurse, as a family we struggled to find accommodation for our cats to have a holiday at the same time as us, which lived up to our expectations and standards and meant we could have peace of mind when away.

So It was decided the best way to achieve that would be to create just that kind of place, a real home from home where cats would be able to come and have a holiday at the same time as their owners and as an extra bonus, we would have the pleasure of looking after all these wonderfully intriguing animals.

Always having been an animal lover, I wanted to ensure we were fully informed on every aspect of cat care possible, so I attended an intensive practical course on Cattery management and care which is endorsed by the Feline Advisory Bureau.
