Pedigree Pens are to provide an extensive bespoke rescue facility of 22 Walk-in Style Pens for the RSPCA, Warrington.
The branch is the RSPCA animal adoption establishment
for Warrington, Halton, St Helens and the surrounding areas. It opened in 1984 and has re-homed thousands of animals since then.
